Pull the relevant team members together, get in a room with a white paper and map out, step by step, what should be happening for each process in your business, all the way down to who answers the phone and when. Alongside of what is currently happening (and why), map what should be happening (and why). You’ll be amazed! This is an excellent way to capture business opportunities. Be sure to capture your work and turn it into a process manual.
