The Wind In Sails Experience-HR (W.I.S.E.-HR) team  – You will find a unique blend of HR and OD experience with a W.I.S.E.-HR consultant!  Collectively we have occupied every imaginable HR/OD role across the HR function.  Working together we can created for our clients the experience of an entire HR departments!  Our effectiveness is enhanced by each member serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for one or more HR/OD practices.
