Mr. Kriemelmeyer has several years of experience in leadership development, competency model development, performance management, employee survey design and analysis, and change management.
Prior to starting his own practice, Wayne was a Senior Compensation and OD Consultant at Sibson Consulting. Before joining Sibson Consulting, he was the Director of Compensation at McDonald's Corporation for several years and a consultant at the Hay Group for four years.
Wayne received his Ph.D. in Organizational Theory from Northwestern University, where he completed substantial coursework in the Kellogg School of Management. His dissertation studied career progression in the Big 6 Accounting firms, identifying the competencies, skills, and attributes needed to become partner as well as the effects of gender and mentoring on career progression. He also has a BBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Operations Management. Wayne is a member of WorldAtWork.
