Recognizing the increasing intensity and demands of the HR Function, Syndie sets out to share her knowledge and wisdom with others in the pursuit of solid business and employee practices.
Syndie is a versatile professional offering 25 plus years experience leading organizational development and human resources initiatives that support business results. She has managed operations teams, lead global projects for HRIT and business interface initiatives, orchestrated benefits redesign for cost and competitive positioning, lead the HR piece of large acquisitions and divestments, and served in HR generalist roles. Company experience includes in BP/Amoco, Tenneco Packaging, Sara Lee and Becton Dickinson and in environments that include Manufacturing, R&D, Sales and Marketing, Trading, Supply Chain, Customer Service, HR Operations and Retail. Syndie enjoys cooking sailing and traveling as well as working in HR.
