Mark is adept at finding the right HR tool to solve a problem or more importantly to improve individual and business performance. Mark is a seasoned HR professional, with over 30 years of experience being part of the solution in a diverse array of businesses.  Mark specializes in new business start-ups, acquisitions and divestitures, expansions, and transformation and change management in both corporate and manufacturing environments. Coaching leaders at all levels for individual and team performance improvement is one of Marks favorite roles.  The large variety of industries that Mark has supported in his 30 years has him a broad base of experience to call upon.   When not supporting his clients, Mark enjoys building houses “by hand”.  He most recently put the finishing touches on his family home in North Georgia.
