Chuck Wolske is a senior employee benefits plan administrator and human resources representative with well rounded experience at BP Amoco, International Harvester and Boulevard Bank-Chicago. He has been involved in hands on duties in the benefits arena that have focused on welfare plans, retirement plans, savings plans and payroll administration. His career has focused on communication, counseling , accounting and analysis in the administration of all benefit plans.

Some of Chuck’s major involvements have been:

• Appointed to a special Workforce Restructuring Support Team to assist retiring and terminating employees in Amoco’s workforce reorganization concerning benefit plan policy and benefit elections.

• Improved the customer service level to clients by providing speedy follow-up and accurate information as evidenced by customer survey responses of an almost 100% highly satisfactory rating.

• Improved the organization of benefit plan materials.  Revamped and reduced numerous benefit election forms to simplify election procedures.

• Conducted on going retirement planning seminars and benefits training sessions to human resources representatives.

• Actively involved in working with human resources policy management in setting up a voice response system for employees and retirees to access savings plan information and perform transactions.

• Nominated for two Human Resources “Recognition Awards” as a team member for support in developing affirmative action plan programs and a five-year upward mobility model.

Chuck also has experience in writing affirmative action plans, assisting with compliance reviews,  recruiting  activities, diversity analysis, domestic and export credit management, stock transfer administration and company travel management including cash for travel approval..
